Scott Allen
C.P. - American Board Certified Prosthetist
Scott Allen C.P. is an American Board Certified Prosthetist with 39 years experience in all levels of amputation; including hemipelvectomy, hip disartic, and interscapular thoracic. Specializing and dealing with difficult cases is what Scott enjoys.
Scott has membership in the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetics as well as the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics. He has lectured nationally and instructed and educated other practitioners and allied health professionals in prosthetics and orthotics. Scott has participated in multiple Department of Defense grants. He holds three United State patents related to prosthetic feet and in the process of patenting the P.A.P. Orthosis.
When Scott is not working he enjoys water sports, camping, basketball, scuba diving, tinkering with his many salt water tanks, spending time with his children and grand kids.
Tim Bachman
American Board Certified Prosthetist
Tim Bachman C.P. is an American Board Certified Prosthetist with over 20 years experience in the field. He specializes in pediatrics, upper extremity, sports, and difficult cases.
Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. Tim also serves on the ski patrol at Brighton.
When he is not helping patients, Tim enjoys playing tennis, golfing, fishing, camping and spending time with his wife and 2 dogs.
Kevin Longhurst
C.P.O. - American Board Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist
Kevin Longhurst C.P.O. is an American Board Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist with the International Society for Prosthetic and Orthotics (ISOP) category 1 recognition.
Kevin specializes in cranial remolding helmets, custom orthotics and prosthetic.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids, being a scout leader, being outdoors and going camping.
Daniel Marler
C.P.O. - American Board Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist
Daniel Marler C.P.O. is an American Board Certified prosthetist and orthotist.
He worked in California and Washington before joining the Fit-Well team in 2015. Daniel is a BYU alumnus and received a master of science degree in prosthetics and orthotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was the recipient of the national Orthotic and Prosthetic Education and Research Foundation student award.
Daniel enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife and children.
Lloyd Baker
C.O. - American Board Certified Orthotist
Lloyd Baker C.O. is an American Board Certified Orthotist with over 35 years experience in the field. He specializes in pediatrics, spinal chord injury and post polio.
Lloyd has developed specialized bracing for Pectus Carinatum and custom Cervical collars for children and adults.
Gait analysis and biometrics are essential in developing orthotic systems for our patients.
His hobbies are gardening and woodworking and he enjoys spending time with his grandkids.
Chris Hunsaker
General Manager / Accounts Payable
Chris Hunsaker has been with Fit-Well for over 15 years. He is the General Manager and all also handles the accounts payable.
Chris graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in accounting. He is married and has 5 beautiful children and 2 grand-babies.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing, skiing, working with scouts, spending time with family and spoiling his grand kids.
Dave Jones
Public Relations
Dave Jones has been handling public relations for Fit- Well for over 10 years.
Dave is a certified EMT and is on the ski patrol. With his experience as an EMT and in prosthetics, he is a volunteer for the Paralympics.
Dave enjoys skiing, dancing, fishing, hunting and spending time with family.
Mark Stoddard
Head Technician
Mark Stoddard has worked with Fit-Well for 29 years as our head technician. Prior to working for Fit-Well Mark was in the construction and remodeling industry.
Mark has been able to use the skills of fine craftmanship he developed to aid in his skills of manufacturing the many custom devices for our patients.
Marks hobbies include reading and wood working. Mark is very active in his community and church and enjoys spending time with family.
Craig Fisher
Technical Staff
Craig Fisher is the newest member of our technical staff. He fabricates orthotic and prosthetic devices.
Craig is also a professional sculptor and photographer. As an artist, his unique background in the sciences and his acute observations of the natural world bring a fresh perspective to his work.
Carolyn Hunsaker
Billing and Collections Specialist
Carolyn Hunsaker has worked for Fit-Well since March 2008 she is our billing and collections specialist.
She earned her Associates Degree from LDS Business College as an Administrative Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her family and going on family vacations.
Some of her favorite hobbies are gardening, exercising, reading a good book, going to the movies, and playing with her grandbabies.
Shirley Archer
Receptionist
Shirley Archer is the receptionist at the St. George Office. She has been working for Fit-Well since the St. George office opened in early 2004.
She has extensive experience working in office settings.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing the piano and going on walks.
Tami Jones
Client Relations and Management - Insurance Eligibility
Tami Jones has been working with Fit-Well since summer of 2011. She works with our patients in contacting their insurance companies to check benefits and eligibility as well as summits for prior authorizations.
Her hobbies include hunting, water skiing and anything outdoors. She also enjoys cycling and has participated in the MS cycle ride to raise money for multiple sclerosis.
Mendy Warren
Insurance Eligibility
Mendy Warren has been with Fit-Well since October of 2016.
She works with insurance companies to check eligibility and benefits as well as prior authorizations.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and going camping with her husband and four kids.
